A Nigerian man, Shamseddin Giwa, has publicly extolled his wife, acknowledging her unwavering love, support and respect while describing her as his number one cheerleader.
In a Facebook post on Monday, November 2, 2026, he highlighted her qualities, stating that she is patient, respectful and loyal to him despite his imperfection.
He also disclosed that she doesn’t hide money and is never stingy with him.
Giwa noted that his wife doesn’t say, think or wish negative towards him even during misunderstandings, adding that she’s always quick to apologise.
“Before you cite Shamseddin as an example of a husband, know that Shamseddin’s wife is patient, respectful and loyal to him,” he wrote.
"She doesn’t raise her voice at him, neither does she drag him on social media posts and comments despite him not being perfect. She doesn’t give him negative attitude and hide behind mood swings.
"Shamseddin’s wife doesn’t hide money and is not stingy towards him. When he is down, she is his number one cheerleader and supporter.
"She doesn’t say, think or wish negative towards him even during misunderstandings and she’s never too big to apologise.
"I know you are not Shamseddin’s wife, I’m just hoping you know this before you compare others to Shamseddin directly or indirectly.
