Jack Grealish reportedly spent two consecutive nights socialising in London and Cheshire before Everton left him out of their Carabao Cup squad over a disciplinary issue.
The England winger, 31, attended the Pride of Britain Awards at London’s Grosvenor House hotel on October 19 before visiting BAM Karaoke Box in Victoria with friends. According to sources quoted by The Sun, Grealish remained at the venue until the early hours before returning to the North West on Tuesday morning.
“Jack was in great spirits after the awards and went out into London with a couple of mates,” one source said. “He got to BAM very late and stayed there until the early hours. They had several drinks, sang some songs and headed off very late. He looked like he was having a brilliant time.”
The report said Grealish attended Everton training later that Tuesday before going out again in the evening. He was reportedly seen at The Mucky Pup in Wilmslow with friends, including Everton teammates Jordan Pickford and Tyler Dibling, as well as former Manchester City teammate Kyle Walker.

An onlooker said the group watched the Paris Saint-Germain versus Barcelona match in a private room. “They were watching the PSG v Barcelona game in a private back room of the pub,” the onlooker said. “They were in good spirits and there were a lot of drinks being knocked back by all of them, including Jack.”
The report also said Grealish visited other venues with friends, including a ten-pin bowling alley in Altrincham, near the home he shares with Sasha Attwood. Sources said Everton’s players had been given Wednesday off from training.
The outings on October 19 and 20 took place approximately a week before the club announced that Grealish had been excluded from the squad because of a “discipline issue”. The report did not establish whether the nights out were the reason for the disciplinary decision.
Before his omission from the Carabao Cup match, Grealish had missed Everton’s Premier League fixture against Arsenal, reportedly because of illness. Manager David Moyes subsequently backed the club’s decision to leave him out of the cup victory over Newcastle United. “The club made the decision and I support it,” Moyes said.
Grealish, who is on loan from Manchester City and reportedly earns £300,000 a week, has made six appearances for Everton this season without scoring. Everton had not confirmed whether he would return to the squad for their next Premier League match against Newcastle at the time of the report.
