“If you are keeping girlfriends but your wife cannot keep a boyfriend, you are a hypocrite” – Pastor Sarah Omakwu has criticised married men

The cleric made the remarks in a video shared on her social media page, where she spoke about adultery, forgiveness and commitment in marriage.

She said men often struggle to forgive their wives for infidelity, while women are generally more willing to forgive their husbands.

Addressing men who maintain relationships outside their marriages, she said: “You are double standard because what is good for the goose is good for the gander. If a woman cannot follow a man, you can’t follow a woman.”

Omakwu also stressed that marriage requires a commitment to one person, regardless of the challenges that may arise.

“When you decide to choose one person to marry, it means I have looked at all the men in the world and all the women and I decided you are the one. So come rain, come shine, we are together,” she added.
