“There’s nothing wrong with being a narcissist” – Nick Cannon reveals diagnosis of Narcissistic Personality Disorder

American actor and television host Nick Cannon has revealed that he has been diagnosed with Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), saying he does not consider the condition a bad thing.

Cannon explained that his diagnosis followed hours of psychological assessments conducted over approximately three months.

Speaking about the condition, he argued that narcissism was not necessarily negative, claiming that some of the world's most admired and successful people possess similar traits.

He cited Apple co-founder Steve Jobs, singer Beyoncé, late pop star Michael Jackson and basketball legend Michael Jordan as examples, arguing that their strong belief in themselves contributed to their achievements.

Cannon added that he believes their confidence and self-belief helped shape their success, insisting that there was nothing wrong with being a narcissist.
