Men should learn to be happy for their ex-wives when marriage ends, not bitter and hateful- Elsie Okpocha says

Elsie Okpocha has advised men to learn to be happy for the ex-wives after divorce, rather than harbour bitterness and hatred.

The realtor, who was married to veteran comedian, Bright Okpocha, popularly known as Basketmouth, shared the message on her Instagram story on Tuesday, October 20.

The mother of three was reacting to a viral video of a New York City divorce lawyer publicly praising his ex-wife's current husband of ten years. 

The lawyer noted that this doesn't mean that his love for his ex-wife was worth less or there's something wrong with him. 

He explained that one can genuinely love someone and still not be the right person for them or what they need.

“Men should learn this…be happy for her when it ends, not bitter and hateful,” Elsie wrote.
