Three-year-old boy tragically drowns in bucket of water at home

A Nigerian family has been thrown into mourning after their three-year-old son tragically drowned in a bucket of water inside their bathroom.

According to a sad account shared by an X user, the toddler was watching television in the living room when he told his mother he needed to pee. His mother, who was busy in the kitchen, told him to use the toilet.

When the boy failed to return to his cartoons after some time, his mother went to check on him. She discovered him head-down inside one of the buckets filled with water in the bathroom. The boy had already passed away by the time she pulled him out.
