"I leave to live for my child" Woman writes as she shares what she allegedly went through in marriage

A woman has shared what she went through in her marriage as she reveals that she has now left so she can stay alive for her child.

Ugoeze Vivian Ugonnia shared a photo showing a face injury she claims she sustained while married.

She wrote: "Those pictures are what I went through in my marriage last year. On December 21, my husband's friend, his wife, and another woman came into my matrimonial home around 11:40 p.m., and the fight lasted until about 2 a.m. My husband watched while it happened, with our son present. The next day, that same friend came with the police, and I spent the night in a police cell.

"I kept quiet because I loved my family, not because nothing happened. I eventually left with my child because I could no longer risk our safety."

According to Ugoeze, she is coming out now to share her story because a man named Chukwumaije is allegedly using the pictures of her injury against her.

She continued: "Chukwumaije, you once saw these pictures and told me you wouldn't advise your sister or even your worst enemy to return to that marriage. Today, because I refused to join you in fighting Hon. Obiageri, you have turned around to use the same pictures against me."

She ended her post, writing: "I leave to live for my child and I'm glad I did. Shalom."

We must all shun physical violence! Yet we mustn't judge until we hear what she did to the man. Most men aren't senseless beasts.

Am tired of reading bag grammar from Nigerians. There’s really an epidemic of bad grammar in Nigeria of today.
