Content creator, Alvin of Lagos has criticised Nigerian men over their treatment of women, declaring that he is a strong hater of Nigerian men.
In a video shared online, Alvin said his statement was deliberate and warned against responding with the argument that not all men behave the same way.
He cited the experience of a lady who went out to eat with her friend and was approached by a man who complimented her and asked for her social media handle.
According to Alvin, the man's first message to the lady was asking if they could make out in his car, a move he described as sexual harassment.
He expressed disappointment that several men on X defended the message, saying he counted between 50 and 60 comments from men who saw nothing wrong with it.
Alvin questioned why women are often blamed for men's inappropriate behaviour, asking how those defending the incident would react if their mothers or sisters received similar messages.
He accused some men of condemning such behaviour only when it involves women close to them while dismissing the experiences of other women.

God bless you Sir, Nigerian Men are to be avoided if you want peace.
Thank you, Alvin! Thank you for saying what we women have always been saying. God bless you. The stupid men have a problem with it when it concerns their mothers and sisters but see nothing wrong when it is someone else's daughter. Shameless lot!
