Tenant discovers corpse had been buried in living room of rented house he's been living in

A tenant has shared his shock at discovering that he's been living in a house where a corpse was buried. 

The man took to X to narrate how his landlord's family recently came around to inform him of their plans to exhume their late family member's body right from under his living room. 

He wrote: "I rented a house that someone was buried inside the living room and I didn't know. 

"My landlord's family came around today and told me they want to move their dead brother who apparently is the father of my landlord. 

"He was buried right in my living room and I was not aware until they came around today. 

"Telling me they want to exhume the corpse and move it to another place they've prepared and they will repair my sitting room back. 

"Now I'm shocked that I've been living and sleeping above a burial ground for a year plus now, meanwhile the house is a new house and I was the first tenant." 

He added that he just renewed his rent a month earlier and has no idea what to do. 

In an update, he said that the coffin was exhumed this Sunday, October 4, and then shared an AI-generated photo of a coffin being dug up.
