My body count doesn't matter. Old things have passed away - Nigerian woman tells suitors

A Nigerian woman, ‎Nwakego Nworie has stated that her body count shouldn't matter to any man who wants to marry her.

She argued that suitors should focus on who she is today and the future they can build together, rather than digging into her past like an investigator looking for criminal evidence.

According to her, if a woman has repented and chosen to live differently, she deserves grace instead of judgment because love conquers all.

“MY B0DY COUNT DOES NOT MATTER. If you want to  marry me,  you don't need to worry about my b0dy c0unt. You don't need to dig into my past life as if you are looking for evidence in a crimin@l case. What matters is the person I am today and the kind of future we can build together,” she wrote in a Facebook post on Monday.

"I am not marrying you to go and live in my past, I am marrying you to build a future with you.

"The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 5:17 that if anyone is in Christ, they are a new creation; old things have passed away, and new things have come.

"‎So, if I have repented, changed my ways, and chosen to live differently, why should you keep judging me.

“‎Love conquers all. My b0dy c0unt does not matter. My past does not matter.”

Without the knowledge of the past, one may find it difficult to navigate through the future. Moreover, things that happened in the past have high propensity to reoccur given the same enabling environment. So, you see, it is important to dig into the past to help one avoid the pitfalls that lies ahead.
