A woman accusing Andrew Tate of misconduct has alleged that she was pressured into performing s3x acts she had not agreed to while working at his alleged webcam operation in Romania, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
The allegations appear in newly filed documents connected to UK extradition proceedings involving Tate and his brother, Tristan. Both brothers deny wrongdoing.
The woman said Andrew persuaded her to move to Romania in 2017 after assuring her that webcam work would be optional. She alleged that, after arriving, she worked 12-hour shifts while the brothers and others controlled online chats and accepted payments for acts without her consent.
According to the filing, she had expressly ruled out certain activities, but her boundaries were ignored. She alleged that she was pressured into using s3x toys and, on one occasion, made to “f*** a bed knob for an hour.” She described the experience as “s3xual slavery.”
A second woman alleged that Tristan repeatedly choked her until she lost consciousness during s3x and, on some occasions, subjected her to further non-consensual acts while she was unconscious. She said he once told her “the more he liked someone, the more he wanted to hurt them.” Responding to TMZ, the brothers’ lawyer, Joe McBride, rejected the allegations and criticised the British authorities.
“The United Kingdom has carried out a political kidnapping of two American citizens and defamed them before the world. Britain now expects the public to believe that Andrew and Tristan Tate, two men whom women have pursued their entire adult lives, needed to coerce anyone into anything. The low-IQ morons of the world may believe it. Britain is counting on them.” The allegations remain contested as the extradition proceedings continue.
