Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, has recounted how his younger brother, Sani Dangote, died.
The deceased, who was the Vice President of Dangote Groups, died in the United States on Sunday, November 14 after battling Cancer.
While receiving the national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu at his Kano residence today November 19, Dangote said he, their mother, and Sani’s children were by his bed when he died. According to the businessman, it was more painful for them when the doctors told them his brother had about one hour more before his death.
“It was painful because he died in front of me, our mother and children,” he said
He said he was personally broken seeing his brother’s life leaving his body through the machines in the hospital.
“The visit will help us to reduce the pain especially for myself because we grew together. It was painful when they tell us he was going to die in few hours and we had to watch him take his last breath,” he said
Late Sani Dangote was buried on Wednesday, November 17.

Nothing can be more excruciatingly than watching your loved one while S/he takes final breath! My son also died of cancer and I watched him helplessly before he took his final breath....sad. The memory will never leave you

Sometimes people like you like saying things you really don't know or understand. What do you mean by money mongers? Most wealthy people's wealth are in form of stocks that means the value of such holding will rise in correspondence with a rise in the price of the shares. This means that you can go to bed and wake up the next morning billions of dollars richer without lifting a finger.yes, money didn't safe his brother but at least it gave him a fighting chance. Cancer is one headache that is giving the scientific community a lot of sleepless night. Thousands of medical researchers work day and night to find a cure but it's a difficult nut to crack especially due to the fact that there different variants of them. Nobody ever said money can help you live forever but atleast it can help you have access to the best minds available if you ever ran into health challenges
