Kim Kardashian was cautioned when she straightened her daughter North West's hair and she publicly declared that she does it only twice a year - during North's birthday and during her birthday party. But the mother-of-three has straightened North's hair again and it's neither her birthday nor her birthday party.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star stepped out with her two eldest children, North, 5, and Saint, 3, on Monday to visit the California Capitol in Sacramento for a meeting with Senate President Pro Tempore Toni Atkins to discuss lawmaking.
During the outing, North had her naturally curly hair straightened into two pigtails, despite the fact that Kim has insisted back in July that she only straightens it twice a year, after followers warned that she was destroying North's hair.
Back in July, the reality TV star was heavily criticised for using heat on the youngster’s hair, prompting her to hit out at her critics on Twitter.
At the time, Kim stated: ‘She is allowed twice a year, on her birthday and birthday party! This pic was taken back in June on her bday.’
However, North seems to have worn her hair straight for the majority of December and it was straight when they stepped out yesterday. Obviously, Kim isn't going to let social media users decide for her how to raise and treat her child.
