Boy, 4, survives after falling from two-storey building in Aba

A 4-year-old boy is lucky to be alive after falling from the top floor of a two-storey building in Abia State.

This was disclosed by a neighbour who shared photos of the boy in the hospital.

Sam Odeg wrote on Facebook: "GOD ooo! See what the LORD has done for us!

"A 4 year old boy just fell from a two storey building. Their house is just opposite ours.

"They had just returned from school in the afternoon, and he was standing on their balcony. He started climbing the balcony railing. Suddenly, his hands slipped, and the next thing we heard was a loud thud on the floor.

"He fell from a 2 storey building and landed on the floor. You need to see how rough their floor is. Sharp stones everywhere. He lay there motionless. Their neighbour heard the sound, ran out, and saw him lying motionless. That was when she screamed.

"It was her scream that alerted us.

"One of my neighbours and I heard the scream, rushed to their compound, and found the boy lying in a pool of his own blood. I carried him and we rushed him to the hospital. We called his parents, and they met us at the hospital.

"Thank God he didn't fall headlong. The story would have been different.

Or maybe he really did fall headlong, but God turned him around, and he landed on his side.

"Kai! God! Saints, join me and give God thanks.

"The boy is alive. I returned from that hospital now. Hallelujah!"
