“I bought 10 bags of cement for N145,000, that’s someone’s salary for 1 month - Nigerian man speaks about the state of the economy

A Nigerian man has sparked widespread conversations online after sharing an honest, sobering assessment of the nation’s current economic realities.

In a viral video circulating on social media, the creator revealed that he recently purchased 10 bags of cement for ₦145,000. He pointed out that this amount represents the entire monthly salary of many citizens, meaning that a vast majority of ordinary Nigerians can no longer afford to build their own homes.

Complaining about the rising cost of everyday goods and foodstuff across the country, he warned that the masses are currently "standing on a very thin line" and concluded that only divine intervention could save citizens from the crushing financial crisis.

Nigerians like to revert the solution to every difficulty back to some god. It's high time we realize that humans are the most intelligent beings in the known universe. We have to find solutions to our problems and put in place appropriate checks and balances that make things work. All the piety of our people on every street has not helped. In fact countries without such devotion are known to do better

Only in Nigeria will politicians be campaigning with Hope , like, they will tell it to your face not to expect anything, that you have to suffer and be expecting results in the future. And when they have done what they want to do , they leave you in the hands of another hopeless person . So don’t expect anything to change , continue to suffer and have hope . That’s all , don’t expect your life or the economy to favor you while they are there , your reward is in the future . Lol

There's no divine intervention that will solve Nigerians problem, because divine intervention did not put Nigerians in this suffering. We have to fight this criminals call politicians ourselves
