A Baltimore County paramedic has been sentenced to 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to contaminating his co-workers’ food with bodily fluids and recording his actions.
Christopher Carroll, 36, was sentenced on Tuesday, October 13, after admitting in August to three counts of causing another person to ingest bodily fluid. During the plea hearing, Baltimore County Assistant State’s Attorney Logan Frye said three videos showed Carroll contaminating food with bodily fluids on county property without his co-workers’ consent.
Carroll initially faced 20 counts relating to the misconduct, along with three counts of malicious destruction of property, following a months-long investigation. The remaining charges were dropped under his plea agreement.
