A Deeper Life member has responded after she received heat from her church members who accuse her of wearing her long natural hair in a 'worldly' manner because it looks like a weave.
Esther asked what was wrong with her dress, which covered her body modestly. She also pointed out that her hair is natural.

However, this did not stop them and they accused her of styling her natural hair in a 'worldly' manner.
Others asked her to be 'humble' about her hair.

In response, she wrote: 'So leaving my natural hair like this is in a worldly way?
'It's the "why would she look beautiful in the first place for me?"
'So you mean, we are expected to look stressed and unhappy?
'Please, how did we get here?'

To those telling her to be humble and stop showing off the hair, she responded: 'Humble with my hair? Sorry sir, I will wear my natural hair proudly and unapologetically.
'If someone can buy a wig for ₦1.5 million or ₦2 million, come online, flaunt it proudly, tell us the price, and receive compliments without being told to be humble, why can't I proudly talk about my natural hair?
'Is it a crime to appreciate what God has blessed me with?
'Must I downplay my natural hair to make other people comfortable?
'I love my natural hair, I take care of it, I educate people about it, and I will continue to celebrate it.
'Pride in my natural hair is not arrogance, and celebrating it is not a lack of humility.
'I can be humble and still be confident about what I carry.
'I will keep redefining natural hair, one strand at a time.'

madam go and celebrate Jesus and not natural hair, you should be ashamed of yourself, instead of you using social media to preach the gospel ,you are there preaching about hair
If God bless you with big yansh , flaunt it … you’ll cry in hell
