A traditional ruler in Orlu Local Government Area of Imo State, Eze Dr. G.A.E.O Agbanyim, has married a much younger woman.
A Facebook user, Anthony Ariwaozo announced the marriage in a post on Monday, October 26, 2026.
According to him, the couple got married on Saturday.
"His Royal Majesty Eze Dr. G.A.E.O Agbanyim, (Otitibirit, Elemaejeogu) the Ezeahurukwe of Amike Ancient kingdom got Married on Saturday,
We all say congratulations to his Majesty," he wrote.
According to a Facebook post dated September 2025, the monarch celebrated his 80th birthday and 53 years on the throne last year.
