Who pledge to Nigeria epp?
It won't fix the nepotism, corruption, ritualism, discrimination etc
If he chooses to pledge to another country, then he should. It is a free world. Lord knows I'd do the same.

He simply asked for forgiveness because he didn't fulfill the pledge he made...he is not renouncing nigeria.. all of you should say the pledge and ask for forgiveness cos 90% of us never fulfill our pledge

I am very proud to be a Nigerian, born and breed here ,seen all that matters to me and still believing greater things ahead, yeh it might be rough now but those great countries of the world don't just wake up to development, they all passed through difficulties and challenges to greatness. I live like a king in my home country food or no food, but you are a second class citizen wherever you are out from your country.Everyone has a choice.

I dont blame him at all. Being Nigerian abroad is not easy. The 419 are spoiling your name there and the news is doing the same for you in Nigeria. If not for those extra few countries i can visit visa free with my Nigerian passport that my US passport requires a visa for. Its Adios Naija Passport.

Linda Its easy for you to call his statement nonsense because Nigeria works in your favor. As much as you love to tell girls to dream big and work hard. All things are not equal and luck is in very short supply. The reality for most girls in Nigeria is Dire. Nigeria is getting harder to claim each day.

QUESTIONS
Are we really
1: faithful, loyal and honest to Nigeria?
2: served Nigeria with all our strength?
3: have we defended her Unity?
4: have we upheld the honour and glory of Nigeria???

Are you aware the pledge to Nigeria is an oath and there are consequences for breaking an oath especially one made with "so help me God"???

I nor blame the man Oooo me I go enter MfM go do deliverance and break that oath/pledyI was forced into as a child in Primary school assembly.

Nigeria is a caused country. all countries go from bad to better but Nigeria keeps going from bad to worse and to be honest i don't expect any reasonable improvement in Nigeria for the next 100 years so what's the point of pledging to something you don't even believe in. I came abroad just to study and go back to Nigeria but when I saw life here I decided never to live in Nigeria again. Even as a second class citizen here it is still one million times better than Nigeria. Even homeless people here will never agree to live in Nigeria because even a homeless man here has a better life than anyone in Nigeria can ever have.

Wonderful! My sentiments exactly. I luv Nigeria and will NEVER disown my Country.

Those who worked hard to soil the name,Nigeria are opting out.Thank you God. This great nation called Nigeria needs serious cleansing.
