Governor Godwin Obaseki has paid condolence visits to the families of the two women that were raped and murdered by Fulani herdsmen in Ewu, Esan Local Government Area of Edo State.
Bodies of the elderly women identified as Christiana Ikheloa and Fatima Emoyon, were found in their various farms last week by a search party raised to look for them when they did not return home.
See previous post and photos of the women here.

On the governor entourage were the Chief of staff to Edo state government Mr Akerele Taiwo, APC State party Chairman Bar.Anslem Ojezua, Chief Press secretary to the Governor Mr. John Mayaki and Honourable member representing Esan Central LGA Hon.Victor Edoror .

These frigging Fulani herdsmen have become a behemoth that's consuming this country.Every time they butcher people, we mourn, the govt condemns, the bereaved lose but no concrete action has been done to stop reoccurrence of such carnage
When will the government ever make things right?

The Nigerian police and army should stop fighting each other and face these evil people before they overrun Nigeria. See what voting a fulani man has caused. Nigerians please don't make that mistake again o.

Evil thrives where good people do NOTHING, but sit on the fence. Unless the Governor comes down from his complacent sitting position on the fence and does something, he will have to pay many more condolence visits. Or is the paying of condolence visits part of his constitutional duties as the chief security officer of the state, and for which he is paid security vote? I need not write more.
