Waste of money when you could have equipped 2-3 existing programs within our universities in each region with teh right expertise and systems. You will build this one and it can only accomodate 1000 students and cost an arm and a leg to attend. Nigeria is headed no where.

We don't need a ICT university owned & run by FG. It would end up as an "elephant project"
What the FG needs to do is to set up a framework that would enable private entrepreneurs run ICT just like Silicon Valley in the United States

Which light do we have to power it? Last thing first. Nigeria Government give us uninterrupted power supply, empower at least 10 of existing Nigeria University on ICT, and work hazardously towards having some of our Nigerian University in the world top 50.
