It is a pity that such wrong write up would come from the state.This is full of spelling and grammatical errors.That is why they a proposing to use indigenous languages to teach science in schools.

I guess "Quality Education is Assured" was what they wanted to type...that wasn't a typo error jare because other errors are clearly visible...I call it "IGNORTHANCE"(Northern ignorance )...my word for describing the poor educational system in the north.

The entire composition of the 'title' and of course 'Englighnment' supposed to be "enlightenment". And instead of 'is assured', they went for Namadi Sambo's version, "is are sure (shua)". Kpom.
