Pregnancy is considered a short term disability- the stress we go through is as good as saying one is disabled foreal. it's not necessarily an insult... well to me....because I know how it feels when one is pregnant..how difficult it is and all.

More importantly...why can't disabled people apply? "Flat foot, knocked knees" will that prevent them from doing the job? This society doesn't give disabled people the opportunity to be anything other than beggars. Too bad!

It is a para-military org with lots of trainings which disabled people can't do. The only way is to make a new law where such people can be employed without the training.

To be considered a disability under the ADA, covered persons must have physical or mental impairments that substantially limit one or more major life activities. Pregnancy is not the result of a physiological disorder, so it is not considered an impairment.Mar 25, 2015.

foolish anonymous pregnancy is not a disability. i am sure your mother mbok is disabled too.
