Relationship expert says these are the ten defining qualities you should look for in a husband

Single and searching? Love and relationship expert Kirsten Corley says you should keep looking until you find a man who possesses certain qualities. Writing for ThoughtCatalog.com in a post called Stay Single Until You Meet A Guy Like This, she is of the opinion that a man who who has these ten qualities will make a good husband. Read and share your thoughts. Many guys won't agree with number six.

1. He messages you to check you've gotten home safe - and stays awake until he knows you have.
2. He's the man who doesn't try and change you and loves you for who you are.
3. He sends flowers to your office 'just because'.
4. He motivates you to achieve more and be a better person than you already are.
5. He never makes you doubt how he feels about you and constantly reassures you that you're the one for him.
6. He pays for everything out of respect and would never let you spend a penny on anything.
7. You still get butterflies when you walk into the room and see him.
8. He isn't afraid to kiss you in public.
9. He will always text you back - no questions asked.
10. You'd proudly introduce him to your father.

When someone genuinely loves you, it shows in every way and you can sense it if you're true to your instincts. You don't necessarily need a list like this to guide you. Now, if I'm looking for a wife, I want a woman who takes the initiative to pay for meals on a date on occasion. I'm not interested in being anyone's ATM, things need to be mutual, hence I'm there to support you as much as you support me. I'm doing okay for myself(na ike Chineke), but when I finally land Linda, it would only make sense that sometimes she goes "babe I got this one". That's very admirable to me, I wouldn't feel diminished as a man in any way, and I don't think any truly confident man would.

so if you are bad he shouldn't try to change you for good? if partners can't change each other for the better how do you make your partner a better person? contradiction

For number 6 it's not a big deal in 9ja cos every man make such payments. It's a big deal abroad cos if you take a lady out she is expected to pay for her own stuff

all these people post whatever they think/dream/imagine/feel, sometimes maybe its targeted at a particular audience to attract such that have the ideal idea of life and not the reality of it. pls these things are *NOT* true.

6 is unfair to an average Nigerian still hunting for a job. Abi na for only rich people. Kissing in the public in Nigeria could be a challenge in some areas.
