Lai Mohammed pleads with TB Joshua to stay in Nigeria!

According to a report in Nigeria’s Nation Newspaper, Nigerian Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, has entreated controversial Prophet T.B. Joshua to rescind his decision to leave Nigeria.
“That will be very unfortunate in the sense that if he does move out, it will affect our tourism in Nigeria.”
Mohammed told journalists at the Annual General Meeting of the Nigerian Association of Tour Operators (NATOP), held in the Renaissance Hotel in Ikeja, Lagos.
“Pastor Joshua is an important person; he must bear with us,” the outspoken Minister admitted to newsmen at the event which hosted top dignitaries within the tourism sector.
“This is his country. If he moves out and goes to South Africa (for example), the revenue will go to South Africa.”
Mohammed said he would be reaching out to the cleric to voice his concerns, adding that the Nigerian government was ready to dialogue with Joshua to address the challenges faced by The SCOAN.
“It is better that Pastor Joshua sits down with the relevant authorities and resolves whatever problems he has,” the Minister concluded. Mohammed’s statements are the first public acknowledgement by the Nigerian government of Joshua’s economic and social impact on the country in terms of religious tourism.

The Synagogue founder said during a church service on March 30 that he had been invited by three prominent Israeli mayors to hold meetings with international pilgrims close to the Biblical site of the Sea of Galilee.

Stop arguing, nagging, and weeping. If T.B Joshua Nigeria, Nigerian tourism industry will be zero. Go to our airports in Lagos every Monday morning. You will witness sea of people returning to their states and countries. I have witnessed a full plane carrying TB Joshua followers. All these planes includes chartered flights. All the hotels around Ikotun are always full including apartments. People turn their apartments into hostels. Please TB, Stay.

An evil, jinxed nation that does not recognize its real prophets, a corrupt moronic, ,fetish society that tarnishes gold and polishes pebble,, a laughing stock nation where the light shines in the darkness but the darkness appreciates it not.. lux in tenebris lucent et tenebrae eam non comprehenderunt. Now those who know the value of gems are ready to take it from the philistines

I am amazed by how most Nigerians think. This is a Man that attracts visitors from all over the world and when these people come into Nigeria, they stay in hotels close to the church. In doing this they pay for Nigerian services. Hotel is part of TOURISM. We should count ourselves lucky for having someone like HIM.

Well, majority of the people that says negative things about Prophet TBJ has never listen to his preaching all what they are acting on is hearsay.
If you do not agree with him you can go to Airport at Lagos and do your own investigation to know the number of people that visit his church from out side the country every sunday. That was the reason Late President M.Yardua gave him national honour(OFR) for his contribution to the economy.
Go to MMA int`l an ask about the information.
You can go on fact finding.
Thank God Madam Linda can do that for us.
If really TBJ church is a tourist centre.
Please Madam Linda, kindly do your find on the economy contribution of TBJ via the tourist industry to Nigeria economy.
Thanks and God bless you.
