Irina Shayk shows off her post baby body at the Cannes Film Festival

Model, Irina Shayk who welcomed her first child with boyfriend, Bradley Cooper, in March slayed at the 70th Annual Cannes Film Festival in a daringly cut floor-length gown on Tuesday. The new mum seemed to have snapped back in no time. More photos after the cut..

I achieved the same in three months though. My tips that Ill share for free. Lol. Cos my office chics all bombarded me with questions after my mat leave like...woooooo...u look slimmer than before pregnancy

1. Drank about 16 glasses of water per day
2. Avoid mommys and auntis trying to feed you pounded yam etc in the name of breastmilk (This is very important
3. Eat efo riro and moi moi everyday for lunch, oats in the morning for breakfast, a light dinner of pepperd chicken or fish and a glass of milk

4 breastfeed. The sucking motion contracts ur tummy and makes it faster

5. Walk 45 mins to 1 hour per day. Clear your head that time. You need some alone time from your baby at these times

6. sleep when the baby sleeps. Dont do homework or cleaning.

7. Pray (This is the most important)

With this, you ll snap back. I am not a naturally slim lady but it works if that is your aim. It wont happen in one month but over 3 months. You will be back

8. Take care of your skin. I use bio oil to get back a good elasticity and get rid of stretch marks.
