Hilarious Video: Ugandan senators campaign for bigger condoms for men

A new viral video on social media shows Ugandan senators otherwise called MPs (Members of Parliament) on the AIDs committee in the country present their report that says the current available condoms in the market are too short and small to fit the huge organs of most men. Check the level of poverty in Nigeria first. No be who wear agbada get money. Even Ugandan Educational system is top notch in Africa.
