Ellas Court 95% completed and now selling!

Ella’s Court is an elegant, contemporary residential housing development consisting of 5 units of four bedroom terraced houses and 3 units of two bedroom apartments. Its sits on an area size of 1,600 square meters, each terrace being approximately 230 square meters.
Located in a serene environment within the salubrious Lekki phase 1 housing scheme, Ella’s court provides the perfect getaway within the hustle and bustle of a mega – metropolis such as Lagos.

The terraced houses are exquisitely laid out over three levels. From the entrance level which hosts the living room, a contemporary dining space, a kitchenette, reception area and a guest toilet to the First floor level which holds three spacious bedrooms all en-suite with adequate wardrobe units, Ella’s court is a sight to behold.

The kitchen which has a store room and a copious pantry space is fully fitted with a built in microwave and an oven, and is just next to the integrated domestic staff quarters.

The penthouse suite level of these terraced houses contain a luxuriously decorated master bedroom with copious amounts of space, a walk in wardrobe and a bathroom replete with expected fittings and a Jacuzzi.

The bedroom opens up to a small lobby which in turns gives way to the  private roof top seat out area with the pergola covering over it delivering a ‘wow factor’ to the structure.

The unique piece has been built to exacting standards featuring clean lines, simple forms and unique details to create a sophisticated expression of modern day living. What’s not to love about our modern non-concrete staircase? With high ceilings and doors that maximize air circulation particular, emphasis has been placed upon delivering a high class finish to this structure and you would be proud to call it home!
