ICM is waste of your damn money and University of Winnipeg is better than uni of Manitoba for undergraduate studies. U of Winnipeg has smaller class sizes and access to your instructor. U of Manitoba don't care about their undergraduate students. I will advise people to go to u of Winnipeg. I live in Manitoba and I went to u of Winnipeg.
