Actress, Halima Abubakar is currently in India where she underwent a Fibrosis operation. She shared photos from the operation and wrote;
When being strong is the only option you have#This is what fibrosis looks like swipe #God is the greatest #will share more when am back#peaceandlove.
Thank you all for your support and prayers. And my Nollywood family who constantly check up on me.  the rest are not important.

@ pumpkin, no not African woman problem. That was what I used to think too not until I had a Caucasian woman as a patient who came into the Laboratory in New Zealand ( cant say the city cos of privacy) for a blood test. I thought she was pregnant but she told me no that she is going to undergo a surgery to remove the fibroid. I was shocked.

Rare species Z, it's people like you that cause a lot of depression and headache for women with this gynaecological ailment. Fibroid is NOT caused by runs, sex,or even abortions. on the contrary it's hereditary, higher risks among women who are chaste and of course being black. Go get info and be knowledgeable about such things before you type rubbish .... Google is your friend.
