Photos: Enyimba FC players and officials viciously attacked by fans of Katsina United

Players and officials of two-time African champions Enyimba Football Club, were attacked by irate fans of Katsina United after a Nigerian Premiere League game on Sunday, April 9th, despite the later winning by 2-1.
Information on the incident is still sketchy, however the players including Ghana goalie, Fatau Dauda suffered cuts on their legs as the Katsina United fans pestered them with stones. The attackers also broke windows and windscreen of the Enyimba FC bus.

Backward and cursed people. Their agenda is to kill, steal and destroy just like their master the devil. A trained wild animal is better than them.

I hate hypocrisy. Linda you refused to mention what caused the attack.enyimba goalkeeper attacked a ball boy who fainted and have to be hospitalized and he's still on life support even all enyimba crew went to see him in hospital what will you gain by reporting half way.it's unfortunate.

@Bashir Danlami, did you miss the the line which says *sketchy information of incident* or you didn't read full post, just the headline?

@Basir Danlami. Why did Enyimba goal keeper attack the ball boy? Did the boy throw stone at him or what? Does the goal keeper go about attacking ball boys whenever they have match? Dig deeper as well.

In any case it is barbaric to start raining stones on visitors. Let's be more civilized in settling disputes.
