It takes a village to train a child. By the time it is shared, each Umunna gets a quarter of that. It is tradition ooo.

Linda this thing tire me oh! I even hear say your people want to do double what I am seeing in this picture to me when I present my stuff for your hand in marriage. They even included 10 motorcycles, hmmm na wa. But guess what lili, you know I am equal to it *wink* anyways, I need to stop blowing my trumpet, however; I will bring all that to a deserving bride, even though I know these items are not going to her people.

To some, Marriage is serious business. Mine was close to this. Lol, but the love of a woman in a Man's heart is worth more than a million of these. That's the consolation dear Linda

This is nothing, just rights.if the man doesn't have the money, he can bring less.

Pls note dat it is not d price a man pays to buy ring or wedding items for wedding a lady that determines his value for that woman, some people can spend a billion dollar to marry a lady has no respect and value for the lady while another spend even 1k and have great respect and value for the lady...(some cuture/custodians/people are just greedy).

People should be taking into account the kind of woman first, if she isn't a virgin, has no degree and is over 25, h family should bring their hand down biko, cause that is why some men get mad later on and batter their wives when they feel they spent so much to marry who isn't worth it, me that got married as an 18 year old virgin didn't even get this much. And it's been 12 years now, waxing strong.

Greed and thieves. That's what you Igbos re. Not surprised. 2millikn dollars indeed. Why won't you have 12 daughter?

Anonymous said...

You must be from the Southeast.Giving a 2M dollar ring to your woman is different from yams and stuff to her family as if they're hungry. Is her family an IDP camp?

Anonymous said...

Are these food items for IDP camp?

Anonymous said...

And tomorrow we'll become equals abi? Nonsense!

Anonymous said...

All fingers are equal..the items is much

Anonymous said...

What's the big deal? The items on show don't even amount to N100,000.00?

Hello miss "18year old virgin"u must hv 20 degrees, nd still counting, to be " waxing". Wht else r u supposed to be at 18 grandwitch? If u tell me u married a virgin at 28/30, ehn! I ll say u try. U v shown hw low u think of urself and womanhood, virginity, degree nd underage hv become d bedrock of a successful marriage as opposed to compatibility, maturity, intelligence, acceptance, tolerance nd love, to mention a few. U has better acknowledge ur place nd position as a woman nd harness ur potentials otherwise u might be losing ur man sooner dan later, hence u r no longer young, virgin nd I can bet without degree. #ignorance.
