Buy a house in Abuja with as little as N3.6 Million from Kanma Homes

Owning a home in Nigeria can be really difficult considering the economic situation and the lack of access to mortgages. Kanma Property Development Company is changing that by allowing aspiring home owners to make flexible payments over a period of 10 years with zero interest.

You can buy a 2 Bedroom flat with as little as N4.5 million deposit and pay the balance of N10.5 million over a period of 10 years with no interest. If you complete your payment in less than 10 years, you also get a big discount.

This is an amazing opportunity because you can decide to rent your house out after making the initial 30% deposit and use your yearly income from rent to pay off the balance. It takes a maximum of 12 months to complete your building once you have made a 30% deposit. Your house keys will be handed to you on or before the 12th month after your first deposit.

Kanma Homes has the following houses for sale at these prices:

1). 5 bedroom fully detached duplex with space for BQ- N55 million (N16.5  million deposit)

2). 4 bedroom fully detached duplex with space for BQ- N39 million (N12 million deposit)

3). 3 bedroom flat in a 15 units block of flats - N18 million (N5.4 million deposit)

4). 2 bedroom flat in a 15 units block of flats for N15 million (N4.5 million deposit)

5). 1 bedroom flat in a 15 units block of flats for N12 million (N3.6 million deposit)

Haba! All these developers don't have the fear of God o. Ah! Ah! The actual cost of construction labour and all of all the listed properties are slightly lower than the said 30% down payment. Na wa oo. This is what happens in an unregulated economy. Anything goes. Una for kuku bring syringe take such Nigerians na una hustle pass.

Bloody expensive. With16M you can build a modern 4 bedroom bungalow, subject to location.
