The art exhibition is focused on the essence of the Nigerian woman.
The artist exploits drift painting art movement expressing forms,beauty, pain, joy and other emotions displayed by women in different scenarios.
Enjoy the gradual transition between colours, the drift effect of the wet ink and the stories behind the paintings.
This initiative is a charity event and an opportunity to give back to the community by helping indigent women in Nigeria who have been diagnosed with breast cancer.
The goal of the art auction is to raise funds to support the work of CancerAware Nigeria, a Lagos based cancer intervention non-profit, in providing early detection screening and treatment of indigent women who have breast cancer.
All funds generated at the auction will go to this cause.
The auction and exhibition opens on Friday 28th of October 2016.
Venue: Mydrim Gallery, Norman Williams Street off Ribadu street, off Awolowo road Ikoyi Lagos.
The Hon. Minister of Labour and Employment, Dr. Chris Ngige is expected to be the chairman of the event.
The exhibition will be open for two weeks up until the 12th of November 2016.
