Before Buhari's administration, Nigeria’s economy had been diagnosed HIV positive, says— Ohakim

Chief Ikedi Ohakim, the immediate former Governor of Imo State, has said that the nation’s economy was HIV positive before the advent of the Muhammadu Buhari administration. He said this at the 2016 Diocesan Synod of Ikeduru Anglican Diocese, while delivering a 52-page lecture, “Leadership in times of adversity: Navigating Nigeria’s turbulent economy" He said:

“There is no doubt that before the Muhammadu Buhari administration, Nigeria’s economy had been diagnosed HIV positive, but it was being professionally managed with anti-retroviral drugs”.

A fact lots of ignorant Nigerian youths do not know. The massive looting before the presidential election finished the country's life support. PDP deliberately, sunk the economy then left it for Buhari. You guys in your total lack of understanding & with sentimental hatred, continue to blame a good man who wants all your stolen wealth returned. You are supporting the looters instead.is it not sad

Yes and you pocket is HIV negative. Fastest growing economy in the world, and largest in Africa. How many people have lost their job only this year? Do we even have a GDP anymore? Have you check the high cost living? I know Nigeria would have been better than it was if not for government, but somehow we were surviving. We can't compere Nigeria of 2015, to the suffering in 2016. In fact this man has HIV him self.

Wether HIV or AIDS Nigeria wil b great again

Meaning that Nigeria is only surviving on antiretroviral drugs and therapy and can never be well again. Nigeria will be forgotten as a matter of time and Biafra will stay forever.

Ohakim should be sent back to school to learn how to talk. This is what made him loose a seat that was given to him free

Jonathan must have been giving it anti-retroviral. Buhari's government withdrew the drug for the country to die.
I don't think this is a wise talk.

so u saying there were jobs, security was airtight, economy was booming back in 2015. definitely not, despite d fact that we were told our economy was 1st in africa; indeed. The point is d economy would still be this terrible even if it was the KOWA presidential candidate that won the election.
