Fuel scarcity looms in Lagos

Another fuel scarcity appears to be looming in Lagos state due to an ongoing leadership tussle between the Mobil branch and national office of the Petroleum Tanker Drivers Union, PTDU.

The national office of the tanker drivers have threatened to stop supplying fuel to Lagos if the leadership tussle is not resolved. Some petrol stations have started hoarding their products while queues have returned to many fuel stations.

Lord, please intervene in the situation of this country. It's shameful that Nigerians are so selfish in everything we do...because of power tussle they are making innocent people suffer for fuel. No light, no jobs, no fuel and so on. How long will we be suffering and smiling? Lord have mercy on Nigeria, we can't fix this country by ourselves.

This is just so sad, as of now the light situation in Lagos is so terrible, I mean we can't get light for 10mins in 72hours. We are getting power from inverter, fuel and diesel tru gen. So with this scarcity how do they expect people to cope, and I guess those in authority are not suffering this situation like the poor masses. Sometimes I sincerely wish all those killing this country will just hang in the air and remain there while better people take over. So frustrating and this weather is so hot. The suffering in this country/ lagos state precisely is much Abeg! Meanwhile we still pay tax which is used to enrich some greedy fellows.
