My little cousin, Daniel was sick, very sick, stooling uncontrollably – like 6 to 8 times a day. It was terrible watching him go through that everyday. He got only about 2 hours of sleep everyday. We took him to the hospital, ‘diarrhoea’ they said, just a couple of treatments and he will be fine but nothing seemed to be working. He continued crying almost all the time. Then he stopped eating, in fact, he cried at the sight of food. I think he was scared of eating.
Then the worse came, his skin became dry; he looked like he had kwashiorkor, like he was mal-nourished, bulgy eyes and visible ribs. I couldn’t recognise him again. He died before my eyes. Diarrhoea snuffed the life out of him! Then I found out that Diarrhoea claims the lives of 5 MILLION CHILDREN in Nigeria every year. This is a disease that can be prevented. I wish we did but we didn’t. But you can. Let’s save our childrenPlease continue...

Augustine 'TinTin' Imevbore has resigned as Programmes Director of Classic FM, sister station to Beat FM. Inside sources say its related to the Olisa Adibua incident, where he disagreed with management over the punishment meted out to the Beat FM programmes Director. TinTin wanted him sacked! The former Classic FM PD also has been at loggerheads with Deji Awokoya (GM) and some other members of management staff over the way junior staff are treated. My source says he was particularly sad about the pitiable salaries paid to junior staff.

The vehicles, which included two Bugatti Veyrons, a Ferrari 599 GTO and a Maserati MC12 are all registered to Teodoro Obiang Nguema, the president of Equatorial Guinea.
Police swooped on his £15 million mansion on the prestigious Avenue Foch, close to the Arc de Triumphe, this morning, piling all of the vehicles on to a car transporter. They are all thought to be ‘ill-gotten gains’ bought so as to hide huge amounts of cash smuggled into France from Africa, said a police source.
Another annoying issue is the stereotype that Beauty Queens sleep around. That just gets under my skin. Why must this be so? Why? As for my case, I have maintained a scandal free aftermath and I humbly thank God for saving me from the hands of the devours. From a man called Dele Fasan: The Red Carpet Fraudster who walked up to me at an event asking to take a photograph and proceeded to granting an interview with journalists that we were dating for years. Or the Naeto C issue where it was said that we were an item and I even met his Mum (Hardly even knew him then), or “Omowunmi and her Escorts”- Anyone that knows me well would laugh at this blatant lie. As if that wasn’t ludicrous enough they come with a blockbuster “She dates married men” (this one got me laughing hard).
Why do people like assaulting this actress? First it was Dauda, now it's Enugu based movie marketers, Amaco Brothers. They allegedly assaulted and injured the actress at a movie location recently, because she supposedly delayed movie production with her what they termed 'disruptive' behaviour and made them lose money. Not only was she assaulted, the marketers are now demanding N2million from her to cover their loss after she abandoned the movie set. They are saying if she doesn't pay the N2m, the movie marketers association will ban her.
She's saying she abandoned the set after one of the brothers assaulted her. She's taken her case to Actors' Guild of Nigeria.
I'm sure some of you read the story that made the rounds last week that the actress is dating the senate president, and he bought her the range rover she is currently driving and opened her Fancy store in Abuja. The actress and business woman says it's not true.
She tells Encomium magazine
Normally, I wouldn't react to stories about myself in public, I have my reasons, but I would talk about this briefly. I know David Mark, he is the senate president. But personally, I do not know David Mark and I can say this anywhere, anytime. Why I am actually reacting to this tale is for two reasons. It's a delicate story and second, I wouldn't want my success, my hard work, and my struggle to be attached to someone I don't know. I have never had anything to do with Senator David Mark. People just wake up and make up stories. The range rover I drive is my hard work, my struggle and my sweat.
