'3-4 months before my incident, I had a conversation with people close to me about suicide' - Teebilz opens up about depression & more to Linda Ikeji TV

On Thursday, 28 April 2016, LIB exclusively reported that Tunji 'Teebillz' Balogun attempted to commit suicide. He shared a suicide note on Instagram that morning while pouring his heart out about the breakdown of his marriage to Tiwa Savage.

A lot of people assumed it was just a harmless rant but it wasn't so. He tried to jump off the Lekki-Ikoyi toll bridge but was pulled off by an eyewitness and others. He has now moved past the incident, is in good terms with his family and is now advocating against depression - the condition that almost drove him to kill himself.

In a soon to be released exclusive chat with Linda Ikeji TV's The Interview, accompanied by Lanre Olusola and, Teebillz revealed that he had a conversation with people close to him about suicide months before attempting it.

D'banj welcomes first child, a baby boy 'Daniel The Third'

Yes! LIB exclusively told you a few days back that our very own, Kokomaster, D'banj and his wife have been in the United States and are expecting their first child.

D'banj just broke the news a few minutes ago on Instagram that he's now a father and he's named his son Daniel. They actually welcomed their son last week. Big congrats to him and his wife!

Flight grounded after anxious passengers spot "Jihadi London" WiFi hotspot

Hundreds of travellers were left stranded when their flight was evacuated because a mobile hotspot named "Jihadi London" was detected before takeoff. The passengers were due to board the Thomson flight from the Mexican tourist resort of Cancun to London Gatwick, but extra security checks meant it couldn't leave the airport.

The WiFi network name was spotted by a passenger resulting in the plane getting grounded.

NYSC member dies in Kebbi State

A member of of the National Youths Service Corps(NYSC) serving in Kebbi State, Yusuf Ege Olaide has passed away.

The State Coordinator of the Scheme, Alhaji Lawal Turawa, who disclosed this on Thursday during the swearing in ceremony on Batch A stream I at the NYSC permanent camp, Dakinger, said the deceased with registration number KB/16 A/379, died after a brief illness.

Piers Morgan has criticised Ariana Grande for returning immediately to Florida following the suicide bombing at her concert rather than stay back and sympathise with her fans who were injured or lost family members. The attack occurred on Monday and on Tuesday, Ariana was back home and though she released a statement expressing her sorrow at what happened, Morgan thinks that's not enough.

He expressed his opinion after singer Katy Perry praised Queen Elizabeth for visiting the injured kids yesterday at Royal Manchester Children's Hospital. Katy wrote on Twitter :

Terror in Egypt: 26 dead as gunmen fire on bus carrying Christians

There's a new report of a terror attack in Egypt. According to Egypt's Health Ministry spokesman Khaled Mugahed in a chat with TV al-Masriya, gunmen opened fire on a bus carrying Coptic Christians south of the Egyptian capital this morning killing 26 people and wounding 25.

The attack happened while the bus was traveling on the road to the St. Samuel Monastery in the Minya governorate, about 220 kilometers (140 miles) south of Cairo.

INEC accuses Kogi state governor, Yahaya Bello, of double voters registration

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has accused Kogi State governor, Yahaya Bello, of registering twice as a voter in Nigeria. In a statement released on social media, the electoral umpire says Yahaya's action is illegal.

According to the statement, Yahaya had first registered on January 30th 2011 in Wuse, Abuja and then did another registration for the second time on Tuesday May 23rd 2017 in Government House, Lokoja. INEC says no electoral staff was asked to register him. Read the statement after the cut..
